Description

Our systems engineers recently identified and resolved an issue with web performance on Grid1 of the Grid-Service. To see if your service is on Grid1, please reference your hosting invoices.

Initial performance degradation occurred around 7:40am. At this time, the majority of all sites on Grid1 are back online and performance is optimal.

Our Engineers are currently investigating an issue sending mail using 3rd party email clients such as Outlook or Apple mail on the Grid Service platform. It appears that sending email via webmail is unaffected; only 3rd party email clients seem to be affected. We hope to have this resolved shortly and we will update this post with more information as it becomes available.
