We were notified about 3:30pm today that our legacy GRID webmail was offline. We have determined this is an issue at our datacenter, on their end. We have alerted them to the issue and they are actively looking into it.All GRID email customers should be able to access their email via an email client during this issue. This Saturday, April 29th, 2023 at 10PM MDT (our datacenter) will be performing an upgrade of our SmarterMail email system. Earlier this year we notified you that the Grid's legacy Access Domains would retire along with the Grid infrastructure.
