We would like to announce the retirement and migration of our remaining customers from the MT mail platform.

We recommend that within the next 30 days that all customers work with us to migrate your mailboxes and aliases over to our New mail platform ASP1 Smartermail.

If this doesn't occur MT mail users, mailboxes and aliases will automatically transition to Godaddy's Professional Email (powered by Open-Xchange) which may be more expensive depending on your number of...

We were notified about 3:30pm today that our legacy GRID webmail was offline. We have determined this is an issue at our datacenter, on their end. We have alerted them to the issue and they are actively looking into it.

All GRID email customers should be able to access their email via an email client during this issue. Settings for our GRID1 email should be found here:

This Saturday, April 29th, 2023 at 10PM MDT (our datacenter) will be performing an upgrade of our SmarterMail email system. During this time, customers will be unable to send or receive email or any other SmarterMail-related tasks. This upgrade is expected to take up to an hour (1 hour) to complete. Beginning at 10PM MDT and ending at 11PM MDT. Incoming emails will be held by our gateways and delivered once the upgrade is complete so that you do not miss an email.

Earlier this year we notified you that the Grid's legacy Access Domains would retire along with the Grid infrastructure.
