HELM 4 End of Life Notice

Parallels the software vendor for our Helm 4 Windows Hosting Management system has announced that it will reach end of life on December 31, 2014:

We would like to notify you that all versions of Parallels Helm will reach “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of December 31, 2014. This means that Parallels will cease further development and security fixes and will no longer be accepting technical support requests related to Helm.

Dytek will continue to allow customers to host sites via our Helm system however we will encourage users to migrate to one of our other hosting platforms as reasonably possible. Due to this change we may have a limited ability to assist customers who have unusual or unique support requests or requirements related to Helm.
