Our Engineers noticed a high load during the course of the day on Cluster.04 due to Storage Segment.05. At this time, Storage Segment.05 has been brought offline temporarily to help mitigate the effects on the rest of Cluster.04. All other Storage Segments on this Cluster should not be experiencing any issue other than a bit of latency, which should go away shortly.
For those on the affected Storage Segment, our Engineers are working to restore access as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
