We were notified about 10am of mail delivery issues with customers serviced via ASP1. We are currently investigating this issue with our data-center.11:45am EST: This issue has been corrected. Please allow a few hours for normal delivery to resume while the server spool catches up.
Overnight last night and this morning until about 9am we had a DNS issue in our Hickory Datacenter that created email delivery issues or customers on our Legacy Smartermail (Helm) server. You may have received rejections if messages did not go through. This should be resolved at this time. If you continue having delivery issues please open a support ticket in our support center.
