Smartermail Spool

currently investigating mail delivery issue for customers using SmarterMail.  Check here for updates.
 
Update 1:
We have determined that a customer's email address was hacked due to using a simple password.  This caused our server to be over-ran with unsolicited mail.  We are currently working to clear these messages out of our spool to resume normal server operations.  This process could take a few hours.
 
Update 2:
We are bringing the mail spool back online.  Most of your incoming messages should begin to flow in.  If you sent messages on 10/4/2014 we recommend to look at your Sent Items folder and resend those messages.  It is likely they may have not reached their intended recipients.
 
Summary:
We recommend if you sent any important emails on 11/4/2014 via our SmarterMail Server please confirm that they were received by the recipient.  If they were not received attempt to re-send the messages using your "sent items" folder on your device.  If you have further concerns we may be able to locate and recover messages that were caught in our server spool however it may be on a limited basis.
