Our Engineers are currently investigating an issue sending mail using 3rd party email clients such as Outlook or Apple mail on the Grid Service platform. It appears that sending email via webmail is unaffected; only 3rd party email clients seem to be affected. We hope to have this resolved shortly and we will update this post with more information as it becomes available. Unable to send mail using 3rd party email clients
We have resolved the issue that was preventing email from being sent using third party email clients. You should now be able to send email using your third party email client with no issue.
