(HELM) How to change your FTP Password

Your FTP (File Transfer Protocol) account passwords can be changed after you have set up FTP accounts.  Please log in to your Account Management System by going to (http://cp.yourdomain.com) and follow the tutorial below for changing your FTP Account Password.
 
 
Legacy Customers
 
If you do not use the online account management system please submit a Ticket to our Help Desk by using the online Ticket System.  Include the following information:
 
Your Domain Name or Account Name:
Your Name:
Your Email Address:
FTP Account Login:
 
After we receive this information someone will contact you to reset or change your FTP account password.
