How to Create an Email Auto-responder

Root Folder > Email > SmarterMail
The video tutorial below will go over the steps to create an Email Auto-Responder within your Account Management Tool (Helm).


Some customers may also do this directly within SmarterMail.

Legacy customers may need to contact us directly (by submitting a support ticket) in order to enable their auto-responder or we can upgrade your account should you desire to our self-managed email servers.
