Using the Wordpress framework along with special FREE plugins you will have a variety of choices for embedding media, photos and video.  You will be able to easily add video and photos to your website on your own.

Photos and Images
As a standard initial setup we enable the Gallery Plugin which makes it very easy to create photo albums within your website.

Video
You can easily enable plugins to embed video directly into your site.  Also we recommend using YouTube or other mainstream video hosting sites and utilizing their Embed Code snippets to add video directly into the HTML of your website.
