(GRID) Email Services Intermittent

Update - Our engineers have determined that brute force attempts on the outgoing mail servers of the Grid are the cause of the intermittent email connectivity issues. They are working on mitigating the effects of the incoming malicious traffic in order to resolve this issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, and we appreciate your patience while we work quickly to resolve this issue.
