Engineers are current working on an issue that is affecting email functionality across all (gs) Grid-Service Clusters. Our engineers are currently working as quickly as possible to return full email functionality. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide additional updates as they become available.
- Unable to login to Webmail (GRID Services)
- Inability to login via Email client (Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird).
Our administrators are still working to restore functionality to the email service. It appears to be an issue with the authentication server, which is preventing all users from logging in. We are making some progress and users have reported intermittent receipt of emails. This issue is of highest priority. We do not have a ETA for resolution, however we are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Our Engineers are making progress towards resolving ongoing issues with the email servers. Most users should now be able to login to their email services both through Webmail and preferred email client. Users may still experience an inability to send and receive mail. This is still being investigated, however we are getting close to resolution. We’ll update with more information as it becomes available.
