Hosting customers who use our GRID service for WWW and Email services may see an offline condition this evening.
We are currently experiencing a network interruption that appears to be affecting our Grid services data center. Engineers are currently looking into this. We will provide additional detail as soon as it becomes available.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.
This particular issue seems to be narrowed down to Grid1.dytek.net and Grid3.dytek.net hosting customers. All other customers should not experience any issues at this time. We will continue to update the status as we have more information.
Engineers have worked to resolve issues with Grid1 and Grid3. Grid customers may be experiencing intermittent interruptions while we resolve latency issues.
