Datacenter indicates a hardware issue. We are awaiting further information and will relay that along when we have it.
All incoming mail is being processed and held by our incoming gateways and will be delivered once the primary server is back online.
Update 1:15pm 12/28
One of the enclosures that holds some of the drives for our SmarterMail data storage is acting strange, our techs are in the process of replacing the enclosure and moving all the drives over to it.
We expect restoration of services in a few minutes. Incoming mail has been stored in our gateway and will be processed and delivered as it is processed.
