Piracy, Warez, Cracks, Copyright Infringement, and Illegal File Sharing

Please be aware we have a zero-tolerance for warez/piracy. Such files can get our network / IPs shutdown or blocked if the developer contacts our carrier and says we are distributing such items. Ultimately you the customer is responsible to ensure any content in your hosting space does not break these policies and is the legal use of hosting services. This includes keeping all scripts, frameworks and hosting files up to date and patched from any known exploits.

We do not tolerate piracy/warez/keygens/cracks/nulled software or any form of distributing copyrighted material without permission. Our upstream providers and data centers do not tolerate DCMA notices and punish harshly to ward of anyone who would like to use their networks for such activities.
