(ASP1) Installing SSL on your website

This article assumes you’ve already purchased a dedicated IP address for your account, each site you’d like to secure with a Let’s Encrypt certificate will need its own dedicated IP address. Submit a sales department ticket to purchase a dedicated IP if you do not already have one.  Rates are typically $10/mo for a dedicated IPv4 Address.
 
Install a Self-Signed Lets Encrypt Certificate
  1. Login to the Windows control panel at https://asp1.dytek.net or (https://panel.anaxanet.com)
  2. Click the “Web Sites” icon
  3. Click the website you’d like to install the Let’s Encrypt certificate on
  4. If you do not see the “SSL” tab, please follow the step below or continue to step #6
  5. Click the “Switch to dedicated IP” option
  6. Click the “SSL” tab
  7. Click the “Install free certificate from Let’s Encrypt” button
  8. Select the required options on this form and click the “Create and install Let’s Encrypt certificate” button
  9. Congrats! Your Let’s Encrypt certificate should now be generated and installed on your website.
Install a 3rd Party or Dytek (comodo) Certificate
  1. Login to the Windows control panel at https://asp1.dytek.net or (https://panel.anaxanet.com)
  2. Click the “Web Sites” icon
  3. Click the website you’d like to install the Let’s Encrypt certificate on
  4. If you do not see the “SSL” tab, please follow the step below or continue to step #6
  5. Click the “Switch to dedicated IP” option
  6. Click the “SSL” tab
  7. Install a new Certificate and generate the CSR (Certificate Signing Request)
  8. Copy or send that CSR to the 3rd party or Dytek to have your SSL Certificate generated
  9. After it is verified and generated Log back into your hosting panel with us and install the certificate by pasting the certificate details in the applicable boxes OR upload it using the file upload within the SSL tab.
