SPAM False Negatives - Junk Mail

Occasionally Junk email will get past our built-in filters.  This is normal and you may see a small amount of messages that are clearly junk mail that are getting through.
 
If you see this happen in higher than usual volumes or the same type of message over and over please forward a copy of the message header (include all header lines) to this address:
