Seeking additional support?
If you are not the domain administrator or the PoC (Point of Contact) for the account unfortunately we can't assist you directly for security policy reasons.  If your point of contact is not able to contact us you will need to provide proof or supporting documents to have us change the point of contact on your account.  Please create a support ticket or email support@dytek.net if you wish to change the PoC on your account and need to submit verification documents to do so.  This process can take up to several business days.
