Mail Server Settings for various Dytek Hosting Servers

Below are a list of our active mail servers and the settings and webmail links for each.  If you are not sure which server your email is hosted on check your latest invoice.  The mail server prefix should be listed on that line item of your bill in (parenthesis) 

ASP1 - Smartermail

Default Webmail Access: https://mail.anaxanet.com
Services:  IMAP / POP3 / ~Activesync
Incoming Server Address: mail.(yourdomain.tld) or mail.anaxanet.com (POP3 110, 995* / IMAP 143, 993*)
Outgoing Server Address:  mail.(yourdomain.tld) or mail.anaxanet.com  (25, 465*, 587*)
* Optional Secure Ports

GRID1 - 

Default Webmail Access: http://grid1.dytek.net/webmail or https://s65290.gridserver.com/.tools/webmail
Services:  IMAP / POP3
Incoming Server Address: gjl2-rqhp.accessdomain.com (POP3 110, 995* / IMAP 143, 993*)
Outgoing Server Address: gjl2-rqhp.accessdomain.com (25, 587, 465*)

GRID2 - 

Default Webmail Access: http://grid2.dytek.net/webmail
Services:  IMAP / POP3

Default Webmail Access: http://smartermail1.dytek.net or http://mail.(yourdomain.tld)
Services:  IMAP / POP3
Incoming Server Address: (110, 143)
Outgoing Server Address: (25, 587)
 
Troubleshooting Tip!
If you are having difficulty with email try to log into webmail first that will help you establish if there is a server-side or client-side issue and also clear up if you are using the correct credentials to log in.
